We, as the HostPinnacle Team, are grateful for having you as our customer and for the great support you have continuously accorded us. We would not be where we are today were it not for your support, and for that we say a big thank you.
The web hosting industry continue to have numerous changes that significantly affect the way we do business. Notably, the following has happened within the last couple of months:
i.)The registry for global top level domains(.com, .org, .net, etc) increased its prices.
ii) cPanel software which gives you the easy to use graphical user interface for you to administer various components such as emails,databases, websites, etc reviewed its prices upwards, at the beginning of the year.
iii) The cost of setting up servers has gone up in the various regions that we have our servers domiciled and generally we have had an increase in the cost of the various components used for our infrastructure setup.
We strive to absorb the impact of most of these changes as much as we can, however, we have to keep an eye on the quality of service that we deliver to you. Overtime, we have realized that these changes have had a negative impact on our production costs and affected our vision of making it absolutely easy for every business to have an online presence regardless of its size. As you may be aware, affordable prices and quality services are a big thing here at HostPinnacle Kenya and our commitment towards this course remains firm regardless of the prevailing market dynamics.
In order for us to remain competitive and to offer quality services at the most affordable rate, we have had deliberations for the last few weeks putting different factors into consideration and thinking the best for our clientele. Our decision has always been to come up with a price review that favors the client as well as our production process in view of the numerous changes that we have had. This ensures that we remain consistent with good quality and caters for continuous improvement in our service delivery.
Effective 1st May 2024, we shall be changing our prices for the cPanel-based VPS packages mostly due to the cost of cPanel licenses that we continue to pay to cPanel Inc, month on month, and the server infrastructure costs.

We would also like to mention that we do allow generous grace periods in case you are unable to settle invoices by their due dates. Should you have such a challenge, you can always open a support ticket with our billing department here: https://www.hostpinnacle.co.ke/clients/submitticket.php and we shall discuss on a suitable extension period to allow the service to continue operating till you make the payments. Should you wish to be granted such a grace period, kindly open a ticket prior to the due date.
NB: If you have an active product already, you do not need to do anything, the price review for that product will be effected on its renewal date.
