NOTICE OF UPCOMING PRICE REVIEW FOR .COM DOMAINS

Hope this finds you well.
We have been informed that the .COM central registry will be increasing prices starting on September 1, 2023. This change is being compounded by the depreciation of the KES currency against the US dollar. Unlike .KE domains, we pay for the .COM domains in USD. This means that, unfortunately, we shall have to review our .COM price upwards.
Starting from 1st September 2023, our prices for registration and renewals for .com domains will be KSh 1,699/yr. However, this change does NOT affect the .com domains that have been given out for free as part of a hosting package.
For the Starter, Standard and Executive packages, the .COM domain names associated with their respective packages, shall remain to be FREE, both for registration and renewals.
Mitigation:
For .com domains you wish to keep, we recommend renewing before September 1st 2023 to take advantage of the current 1,199/= price.
NB: The change only affects .com domains. Other domains(.org, .net, .ke, etc) are not affected by this particular change.
